Sara Grace Taylor has been a valuable asset to the Gift of Life children who come to Memphis for life-saving heart surgery. A six-year-old relates so well to the young patients that they don’t feel so isolated. Sara Grace has engaged her school classmates to participate in the program by making Valentines and other small gifts for the children.
Sara Grace is the granddaughter of Memphis East Rotarian Bill Pickens who chairs the District Gift of Life program. Sara Grace was recognized for her support of the Gift of Life families

The Dale Project sponsored by the three Dales, Dale Menard, Dale McGee, and Dale Bullen is a program awarding students at Georgia Avenue with a bike for perfect attendance. On May 17, 2006, 23 bikes were awarded with 9 Boom Boxes for the younger students with perfect attendance. This program has increased attendance at the school dramatically.
President Lee Greene serves as MC for 19th Hole festivites at 2005 golf tournament at Germantown Country Club, while basking in the glory of his team taking first place in this year’s Bobby Dunvant Golf Invitational.
