- Obtain signatures of 2 co-sponsors
Membership/Classification Committee
- Recommends for membership status and classification
Board
- Approves/Disapproves application
Bulletin Editor
- Advises Secretary to finalize membership on second Monday following bulletin announcement without member objection
- Publishes candidate name for member consideration
Rotary Information
- Conducts orientation (sponsor should attend)
- Provides information on committee assignments
Secretary
Notifies:- Treasurer to begin billing
- Attendance chair to place on roll and order name badge
- President to extend personal welcome
- Membership Involvement Committee to place
